Homemade chicken nuggets with sweet-potato cane

Preheat the oven to 220ºC. Cut the sweet potatoes into sticks and spread over a baking tray. Sprinkle with the curry, garlic, paprika and a pinch of salt.

Sprinkle with oil and scoop, so that everything is evenly distributed. Fry the fries in the middle of the oven for about 35 minutes. Change regularly.

In the meantime, prepare the chicken nuggets. Mix the flour in a deep plate with salt and pepper. Beat the proteins in a different plate. Put the cornflakes in a third plate.

First take the chicken pieces through the flour, then through the egg white and then through the cornflakes. Place the chicken nuggets on the other baking tray and bake them in the oven for about 15 minutes (together with the fries) until tender and golden brown.

Turn halfway. Serve the chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce.
