White pizza with arugula and tomato sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: pizza dough (with sauce), mascarpone, olive oil, sweet onions (in thin rings), mushroom slices, fresh Italian herbs (finely chopped) and arugula.

Preheat the oven (with pizza stone) to 200 ° C. Roll out the dough. Spread the dough with the mascarpone and the edges with 1 tbsp oil.

Divide 3/4 of the onions, the mushrooms and half of the Italian herbs and salt and pepper over the dough.

Slide the pizza onto the baking tray or slide a wide spatula under the pizza and slide it onto the stone. Fry the pizza in about 15 minutes until golden brown and done.

Heat the rest of the oil in a saucepan and fry the chopped onion with the rest of the herbs for 3 minutes. Stir in the tomato sauce from the pizza package and bring everything to the boil.
