Directions

  1. Preheat the oven (with pizza stone) to 200 ° C. Roll out the dough. Spread the dough with the mascarpone and the edges with 1 tbsp oil.
  2. Divide 3/4 of the onions, the mushrooms and half of the Italian herbs and salt and pepper over the dough.
  3. Slide the pizza onto the baking tray or slide a wide spatula under the pizza and slide it onto the stone. Fry the pizza in about 15 minutes until golden brown and done.
