White pizza with arugula and tomato sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: pizza dough (with sauce), mascarpone, olive oil, sweet onions (in thin rings), mushroom slices, fresh Italian herbs (finely chopped) and arugula.

Preheat the oven (with pizza stone) to 200 ° C. Roll out the dough. Spread the dough with the mascarpone and the edges with 1 tbsp oil.

Divide 3/4 of the onions, the mushrooms and half of the Italian herbs and salt and pepper over the dough.
