Beetroot stew with vegetarian sausage
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: potatoes (floury), vegetarian smoked sausage (a 2 pieces, Tivall), grated beetroot (a 250 g), apple, onions, butter or margarine and whipped cream (125 ml).

Peel potatoes, wash, cut into pieces and boil for about 15 minutes.

Smoke sausages according to the instructions for use.

Warm beetroot.

Peel the apple, remove the cores and cut the apple into slices.

Peel onions and cut into rings.

Heat butter in frying pan.

Onion in about 5 minutes brown boxes.

Drain potatoes and crush.

Create beets, apple and cream.

Smoke sausages into slices and create through stew.

Season with salt and pepper.
