Halve the lemons and press them out.

Pour the juice into a measuring cup.

Press the flesh into the strainer with the convex side of a spoon well to extract as much juice as possible.

Measure forty to fifty ml of lemon juice per person and pour this juice into a bowl.

Add the sugar and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved in the juice.

Pour the lemonade syrup into a clean bottle and close it.
-
Pour the glasses on the spot for a quarter full of the lemonade syrup and fill with water or carbonated mineral water.
