Honey-mustard chop with baked potato
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, leaf spinach ((frozen, pack a 450 g), butter, sharp mustard, honey, sour cream, pork chop and potatoes (eg Super potatoes).

Fry spinach with 1 tbsp butter for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In bowl, mix half of mustard with honey, salt and pepper.

In other bowl of sauce stir in sour cream, remainder of mustard, salt and pepper.

Pork chop with mustard honey mixture.

Heat butter in frying pan and chop for about 10 minutes on medium heat until tender and brown.

Clean potatoes and pierce them with a fork.

In microwave potatoes in 6-7 min.

At full power (700 watts) of cooking powder; turn around halfway.

Place potatoes on the plate, cut them lengthwise and fill with mustard cream sauce.

Spinach and chop served in addition to potatoes..
