Roasted drumsticks with potato salad


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, lemon, mustard, oil, drumsticks (a 5 pieces), firm potatoes, green beans and dried Italian kitchen herbs.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 ºC.
  2. Clean lemon peel, zest and grate fruit.
  3. In a bowl mix lemon zest with 3 tbsp mustard, 2 tbsp oil and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. rub the chicken drumsticks with this mixture and place them next to each other in the frying pan.
  5. Chicken in the middle of oven in 35-40 min.
  6. Golden brown and roasted, regularly turning.
  7. Rub potatoes and cut into slices.
  8. Pick up green beans and halve.
  9. Cook potatoes and green beans in little water with salt in 8-10 minutes.
  10. In salad bowl dressing beat 2 tbsp lemon juice, 3 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp mustard, Italian herbs and salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Drain potatoes and green beans and warm through dressing.
  12. Allow 15 minutes of withdrawal.
  13. Pour into trays and place chicken drumsticks on a separate dish next to it..
