Stewed fish with leek and tomato
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice, leeks, butter, onion (chopped), tomatoes (diced), Italian herbs, herb broth (from tablet), coalfish fillet (frozen and 400 g).

Rice according to the instructions for cooking.

Cut the leek into thin rings and wash thoroughly.

Melt butter in frying pan and gently fry onion with leek for 5 min.

Add tomato and herbs.

Add as much warm herb broth to vegetables just below.

Sprinkle frozen fish with salt and pepper, lay them on vegetables and cover with a lid on a pan over 15 minutes on medium heat.

Distribute rice on four plates and place fish on it.

Use a skimmer to remove vegetables from the pan and create fish.

Also make some mop liquor over it..
