Provençal stew
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, red peppers, olive oil, pre-cooked mini-carts (750 g), Provençal (seasoned) beef strips, ready-to-eat leeks (300 g), beef stock (a 380 ml), fresh parsley (30 g) and salt and pepper.

Peppers wash, clean and cut into pieces.

Heat oil in frying pan and bake for about 3 minutes.

Add beef strips and fry approx.

2 minutes.

Add pepper and leeks and fry approx.

3 minutes.

Add the fondant and let it simmer for approx.

10 minutes.

Parsley finely cut.

Season the stew with salt and pepper.
