Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Roast the bread in the toaster or put the slices for 10 minutes in the warming oven. Mix the honey with the mustard in a bowl. Brush the top of the meat with the honey-mustard mixture.
  2. Crumble the toasted bread in a bowl. Add pepper and salt to taste. Sprinkle the bread crumble over the meat.
