Directions

  1. Spoon the lemon juice, fresh thyme and liquid honey through the apple cubes.
  2. Heat a pan and let the salted butter melt, but do not discolour.
  3. Stir in the apple mixture and season with pepper. Serve the sauce lukewarm.
