Put the tomato cubes and salsa sauce in a pan and bring to a boil. Cook gently on low heat for 5 minutes.

In the meantime, heat the black beans in a different pan according to the instructions on the packaging.

Meanwhile, place a layer of 6 cm of water in a pan against the boil. Line the inside of 4 cups or cups generously with cling film.

Break an egg above each bowl and close the foil. Let the foil packets with eggs sink one by one into the water and poach the eggs 4 min.
