Directions

  1. Allow the ice to soften in the refrigerator in about 30 minutes.
  2. Spoon the chocolate and nuts through it. Keep both of them a bit to garnish.
  3. Put the ice back in the freezer and let it harden well.
  4. Peel the kiwis around and cut into very thin slices. Divide the slices of kiwi over 4 plates.
  5. Spoon 4 nice rolls of ice roll and put them in the middle of the kiwiplakjes.
  6. Sprinkle with leaves of fresh mint and some extra chopped chocolate and nuts.
