Melon salad with stracciatella ice cream
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: pistachio nuts, cantaloupe melon, lime, liquid honey and stracciatella ice cream.

Peel the pistachio nuts and rinse them in a sieve under hot running water.

Flush notes between kitchen paper.

Chop coarsely.

Cut half of the melon and remove the seeds.

Cut the flesh into thin slices, peel and divide over four plates.

Lime clean poles and peel off grating.

Lime squeezing.

In a bowl of lemon zest with lime juice and honey, stir into dressing.
