Ice cream with strawberry, peach and prosecco
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: strawberries (250 g), peaches (unpeeled), raspberry sorbet ice (500 ml cup), prosecco (a 0.75 liter) and mint.

Remove the crowns from the strawberries and cut the strawberries in half lengthwise.

Halve the peaches and remove the kernel.

Cut the flesh into segments.

Scoop 1 bread roll sorbet into 4 bowls.

Divide the fruit around it.

Pour the prosecco over the ice cream and fruit.

Garnish each bowl with some leaves of mint..
