Ice cream with warm grapes and dark chocolate
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: seedless red grapes, butter, granulated sugar (fine), vanilla ice cream and chocolate (extra pure 72%).

Cut the seedless red grapes in half.

Heat the butter in a thick saucepan, add 2 tbsp fine granulated sugar and stir into a golden brown caramel.

Add the grapes and let them simmer for a few minutes.

When you add the grapes, the caramel can start to solidify, but it automatically liquifies itself again.

Spoon the warm grapes into 4 sundaes and scoop 1 roll of roll vanilla ice cream in each cut.

Use a sharp knife (or use a rasp) to cut thin slices of extra dark chocolate (72% cocoa content) and sprinkle over them.

Serve immediately..
