Yogurt pudding with orange

Extra requirements: a tall glass (content 150 ml) per person.

Grease the glasses.

Soak the gelatin in cold water for ten minutes.

Grate the peel of an orange.

Peel all oranges thick and cut the wedges between the fins, collect the juice.

Also squeeze the juice out of the sheets.

Let the juice with the grater in a saucepan gently boil for two to three minutes.

Pour 100 ml of boiled juice in a wide bowl.

Dissolve the squeezed gelatine and the sugar with stirring in this juice.

Allow to cool for ten to fifteen minutes until it becomes gelatinous.

Mix the honey and orange wedges with the remaining juice and leave in a cool place until used.

Stir the yogurt through the juice with gelatin until a smooth mixture.

Pour in the glasses.

Let the puddles in the fridge become firm in an hour.

Garnish with orange slices and chocolate grater.
