Red wine jelly with blackberries and vanilla sauce


A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: red wine (750 ml), orange (in slices), vanilla pod (cut open), cloves, cinnamon stick, white gelatin, sugar, blackberries, whipped cream and vanilla custard.

Directions

  1. In pan (no aluminum!) Boil wine with orange, vanilla pod, cloves and cinnamon stick and simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat.
  2. Gelatine for about 5 minutes in cold water.
  3. Remove orange, spices and vanilla pod from wine, store vanilla pod.
  4. Sugar stirring in hot wine while stirring.
  5. Dilute gelatine well and roast in wine while stirring.
  6. Place the pan in a container with cold water until wine becomes gelatinous.
  7. Create brambles through it.
  8. Fry in a greased pudding form and let wine jelly rise in a refrigerator for approx.
  9. 3 hours.
  10. Peel the marrow out of the vanilla pod with the knife and put it in a bowl.
  11. Add whipped cream and vanilla custard and beat everything with hand blender to creamy sauce.
  12. Place the flat dish on a pudding mold, turn it together and let wine jars slide to scale.
  13. Add vanilla sauce..
