Tangerine muffins


A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: mandarins, self-rising flour, crispy muesli, white caster sugar, orange marmalade, eggs and butter (melted).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Clean 1 tangerine and grate the orange peel. Squeeze the mandarins and measure 200 ml of juice.
  3. Stir in a bowl the flour, muesli and caster sugar. Stir 3 tbsp marmalade, eggs, butter and juice and grate in another bowl. Scoop the mandarin mixture quickly through the flour mixture.
  4. Spoon the cavity molds with batter. Bake the muffins in the middle of the oven in about 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and immediately brush with the rest of the marmalade. Allow the muffins to cool.
