Citrus salad with lemon sorbet ice cream
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: red grapefruit, lemon oranges, lemon, icing sugar and sorbet lemon (500 ml cup).

Use a sharp knife to cut the skin and the white skin of the grapefruit, oranges and lemon. Cut the segments of flesh from the membranes, so that you can easily pop out the flesh with your knife. Put the citrus pieces in a bowl. Scoop with the icing sugar and spread over the glasses.

Spoon 1 roll of roll lemon ice in each glass. Tasty with a few leaves of fresh mint.
