                            Filo pastry tarts with grape salsa
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: filo puff pastry ((frozen) thawed), butter (melted), almond shavings, sugar, orange (scrubbed), ginger powder, white grapes (or red without seeds), fresh basil (in strips), whipped cream, vanilla sugar, whipped cream stiffener (knock fix) and Greek yogurt.

                    Ingredients
- 1 business suit filo puff pastry (frozen) thawed
- 100 g butter molten
- 1 bag almond shavings
- 100 g sugar
- 1 orange cleaned up
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 500 g White grapes or red without pit
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil in strips
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 2 bags vanilla sugar
- 1 bag whipped cream stiffener knock fix
- 150 g Greek yoghurt

                    Directions
- 
                                Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- 
                                Brush the sheets of filo pastry with butter and sprinkle almonds and sugar over half.
- 
                                Fold the sheet double, brush the top with butter and fold again double.
- 
                                Push each piece of dough into a cavity of the mold.
- 
                                Bake the filo pastry in 15-20 minutes until done.
- 
                                Grate the peel of the orange thinly.
- 
                                Squeeze out half an orange.
