A tasty Italian recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: eggs (split), white caster sugar, flour, butter (melted), almond shavings (a 45 g), mascarpone (soft cream cheese), powdered sugar, limes and oranges.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Beat the egg whites and strain the caster sugar and flour above it.
  3. Add the butter and a pinch of salt and stir together until smooth.
  4. Line the baking sheet with baking paper.
  5. Put 6 tbsp batter and thinly spread with the back of a spoon to 6 circles of Ø 10 cm.
  6. Sprinkle the circles with almond shavings and fry in the oven for 10 minutes.
  7. Fold the almond biscuits quickly double and hang them over a stick from a ladle until they are hardened.
  8. Stir in the mascarpone with 2 tsp icing sugar and the juice from 1 lime to lime cream.
  9. Peel the other lime and the oranges.
  10. Cut the flesh out of the fleece and spread over six containers.
  11. Put 1 t of icing sugar and 1 large el lime cream on top.
  12. Garnish with the almond curls.
  13. Serve immediately..
