A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: cake mix (450 g), butter, eggs, milk, powdered sugar, blood orange juice (pack a 1 liter), summer fruit ((frozen, 300 g) and thawed).

Mix cake mixture with butter, eggs and milk according to the instructions on the packaging. Fry the cake until golden brown in a square baking dish or a baking tin of 20x20 cm. Cut the cake into 16 squares and cut them across.

Stir the icing sugar with the fruit juice, brush the cake with it and let the glaze harden in 30 minutes. Garnish with the summer fruit.
