Indian cauliflower florets
A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: cauliflower (in small florets), mustard seeds, sunflower oil, onion (in half rings), ground cumin seeds (djinten), ground coriander (ketoembar), jalapeños (peppers, jar 220 g), coriander (( 15 g) and coarsely cut).

Boil the cauliflower in water with salt for 4 minutes. Heat a skillet without oil or butter and toast the mustard seed for 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and leave to cool on a plate.

Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the onion with the cumin seeds and the coriander for 2 minutes on medium heat. Change regularly.

Drain the cauliflower in a colander and let it drain. Add to the onion together with the jalapeños and cook for another 3 minutes. Spoon the mustard seed and coriander and serve. Tasty with grilled chicken breast and garlic coriander flatbread (pack 280 g).
