Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes in water with salt with the lid on the pan in 20 minutes.
  2. Drain and leave with the lid on the pan for another 2 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  4. Put the potatoes in an oven dish and scoop them well with the flour and salt.
  5. Spoon the potatoes with the oil and let them turn golden brown and crispy in the oven for 30 minutes..
