Directions

  1. Cut the onion into thin half slices. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Mix the juice and the grater with the onion and fish sauce into a dressing and keep separate.
  2. Peel the mango. Cut the flesh into thin slices of the kernel. Cut the slices into narrow strips. Halve the cucumber in the length and remove the seed lists with a teaspoon. Cut the halves into 3 pieces and cut into thin strips.
  3. Mix the cucumber with the mango, lime dressing and pepper and salt. Sprinkle with the peanuts.
  4. If you like spicy, scoop a finely chopped red pepper through the salad. Tasty with noodles and chickenloempias (frozen).
