Indian chicken soup with naan bread
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, sunflower oil, chicken breast in cubes (about 360 g), Indian curry paste (mild (pot a 283 g)), chicken broth (350 ml), garden peas (frozen), fresh spinach (300 g) , naan bread with garlic and coriander (280 g) and full yogurt.
Heat oil in soup pot and chicken in 3 min.
Add curry paste and fry.
Broth, garden peas and 500 ml water and bring to the boil.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add spinach in portions to soup and allow to shrink.
Season the soup with salt and pepper.
Heat bread according to instructions.
Soup with a spoonful of yogurt..
