In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, cocoa, instant coffee and a small pinch of salt.

Beat the milk together with the egg and the oil. Add the dry ingredients to the liquid and whisk with a whisk or mixer into an airy batter.

Divide the batter into 4 cups and fuse 1 fudge in each cup. Put in the microwave and cook at full power for about 3 minutes. The puddots rise slightly above the cup and then sink back.

Pour on a plate and eat hot with a scoop of ice cream.
