Italian tomato fondue with white wine
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onion (finely chopped), garlic (squeezed), olive oil, tomatoes on the tomatoes (finely chopped), fresh Italian spice mix ((a 20 g), chopped finely), meat bouillon tablets and dry white wine.

Slightly fry in pan of onion and garlic in oil for 3 minutes.

Add tomatoes and spice mix and fry for 3 minutes.

Regularly shovel.

Cool the bouillon tablets on top, add wine and 1 liter of water.

Bring the broth to the boil, let it simmer for 5 minutes and pour it through the fine sieve above the fondue pan.

Withdraw the remaining tomato pulp with a convex side of spoon through the sieve.

Bring the tomato broth back to the boil.

Put fondue pan and bowls of dip snacks on the table.
