Meatballs from the baking sheet

A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, mince (half-to-half), egg, leaf parsley (coarsely chopped), rusks, vine tomatoes (halved), shallots and olive oil.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Line the baking sheet with baking paper. In a bowl, mix the mince, egg, parsley, rusks and salt and pepper to taste. Shape 8 meatballs of equal size.
  2. Place the meatballs on the baking sheet at random. Halve the tomatoes and place them with the convex side down between the meatballs.
  3. Cut the shallots with skin and all, depending on the size, in two or in four. Place them with the convex side up between the meatballs. Drip the oil over the vegetables and sprinkle (sea) salt and pepper over it.
  4. Put the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and roast everything in approx. 30 minutes until golden brown and done. Tasty with baked potatoes with (herbal) mayonnaise.
