Japanese nori omelette rolls
A nice Japanese recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: eggs (M), oil, roasted sesame seeds (sachet), sushi nori skins, fresh ginger root, Japanese soy sauce (bottle), salt and pepper and watercress (75 g).

Dissolve eggs with 2 tablespoons of water and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Fry 1 tablespoon of oil in frying pan.

Add half of egg mixture and sprinkle half of sesame seeds over it.

Let egg solidify in approx.

3 minutes.

Let the omelet slide out of the pan on the plate.

Bake the second omelette in the same way.

Place nori leaves on omelets.

Roll up omelet with nori.

Cut omelets with sharp knife into slices of approx.

5 cm wide.

Ginger peel and grate.

Soy sauce with 4 tablespoons water dilute.

Stir in ginger, season with pepper and pour sauce into four dishes.

Place dishes with dipping sauce on plates.

Put watercress next to it.

Place omelet rolls upright..
