Grate the cheese. Melt the butter without coloring on low heat in a bite or frying pan.

Grate the zest of the lemon and add to the butter together with the saffron. Cut the lemon into wedges.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and drain well.

Mix the pasta with the butter and cheese and add pepper and salt to taste.
