Japanese string beans with soy sauce
A nice Japanese recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: string beans (stalks and tips removed and beans in slants), sunflower oil, garlic (in thin slices), red pepper (seed strips removed and pepper in strips) and Japanese soy sauce (bottle 250 ml).

Cook the beans for 4 minutes in water with salt.

Drain.

Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan the garlic and the red pepper for 2 minutes.

Add the soy sauce and set the heat high.

Add the haricot beans and stir-fry 2 minutes.

Serve immediately..
