Put the sugar with the water in a saucepan and heat until the sugar is dissolved.

Put the sugar water with the coffee, gin, Kahlúa and the ice cubes in the jar. Close and shake for 20 sec.

Turn the ice cube around the martini glass to make the glass cold.

Pour the espresso martini through a ball sieve, without the ice cubes, in the glass.
