Jumbo shrimp with noodles


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, Chinese egg noodles (250 g), lime (cleaned), sunflower oil, sesame oil (bottle 250 ml), ginger syrup (bottle 250 ml), mango, cucumber, jumbo shrimp (a 100 g), smoked chicken fillet ((about 160 g), in strips), coriander ((15 g), only the leaves), cashew nuts (unsalted (bag 150 g) and coarsely chopped).

Directions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente according to the instructions on the package. Rinse under cold running water. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Beat a dressing of the lime zest and juice, the sunflower and sesame oil and the ginger syrup. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Peel the mango, remove the kernel and cut the flesh into strips. Halve the cucumber in the length, remove the seeds with a teaspoon and cut the halves into strips. Mix the noodles with the mango, cucumber, shrimp, chicken breast and the dressing. Cut the coriander coarsely. Divide the salad over 4 bowls, sprinkle with coriander and cashew nuts and serve.
