A tasty american recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, entrecotes, olive oil, garlic (squeezed), shallots (finely chopped), light brown sugar, dried tarragon and red port (-pepper butter or 75 g ready-to-eat herb butter).

Directions

  1. Grease edge of entrecotes in several places to cut into meat. In a bowl stir pasta of oil, garlic, shallots, sugar and tarragon. Rub the meat with pasta and place in a bowl. Cover dish and marinate entrecotes in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  2. Place the entrecotes on a well greased griddle and grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Place each entrecote on a plate and sprinkle with salt. Cut butter into 4 slices and place red port-pepper butter on each sirloin steak. Tasty with grilled chestnut mushrooms and rucola salad.
