Kale Pesto
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: kale (bag a 300 g), pecans (bowl a 140 g), garlic, spicy old cheese (grated), extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and pepper (freshly ground).

Boil the kale in a bottom of water with salt in 10 minutes.

Roast the pecans in a dry frying pan over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.

Shake them regularly.

Pour the kale off well.

Grind the kale with the nuts, garlic, cheese and olive oil into a coarse pesto.

Season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.

Tasty with boiled or fried potatoes..
