Kale dish with sweet potato and mackerel

Put all potato cubes in a pan and pour water on them so that they are just underneath. Add salt and put the kale on it. Cook with the lid on the pan in about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, bake the bacon cubes out completely. Take them out of the pan and fry the onion in the shortening in glass for about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and fruit for a few more minutes.

Add the ketjapmarinadeen sambal and stir in the mackerel and bacon. Warm a few minutes.

Drain the potatoes and kale and coarsely grate with the butter. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the kale dish with the mackerel and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
