Smoothie, made from kale, cucumber, kiwi, pineapple, basil and baby kale.

Directions

  1. Cut the cucumber into pieces and peel the kiwis.
  2. Put together with the pineapple pieces, baby kale and basil in a blender or the bowl of a kitchen machine and puree in 30 sec. to a smooth smoothie.
  3. Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses and serve immediately.
