Lemon sorbet


A tasty recipe. The drink without alcohol contains the following ingredients: lemons (scented), sugar, mint (bruised), spring water (with carbonic acid) and ice (scraped or ice cubes).

Directions

  1. Grate the skins thinly from 2 lemons. Squeeze all lemons and measure 75 ml of juice in a measuring cup. Heat in a pan the lemon juice with the sugar and 300 ml water while stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat. Put the sprigs of fresh mint and the lemon zest in the juice and let the flavors in the fridge withdraw in about 12 hours.
  2. Remove the sprigs from the drink and strain the drink over a jug.
  3. Spoon ice-scraped ice-cream or ice cubes into 4 longdrink glasses. Spread the juice over the glasses and pour the spring water on it. Put a stirring rod in each glass.
