Kale stew with pecans

Directions

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into cubes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a stirring fruit the glaze gently.
  3. Hand in the kale by hand and let the leaves shrink slightly.
  4. Then pour the cubes of sweet potato and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add the water and some salt and cook everything covered in 8-10 minutes until done.
  6. Preheat the oven grill to the highest setting.
  7. Crush the kale and sweet potato into a smooth stew and pour the pecans through.
  8. Transfer the stew to a low oven dish, place the slices of brie on it and slide the dish 10 cm under the hot grill. Let the brie melt in 4-6 minutes and color.
