Kidney beans with chicken
A nice Surinamese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: sweet soy sauce, ketchup, paprika, Chinese (5 spices (jar 23 g)), sunflower oil, garlic (chopped), onions (chopped), chicken cloves (natural), tomato puree (70 g), Dutch ( brown beans (a 330 g), drained and rinsed) and chicken broth (from tablet).

Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons ketjapmarinademanis
- 3 tablespoons Ketchup
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons Chinese 5 spices (jar 23 g)
- 4 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 4 toes garlic finely chopped
- 2 onions shredded
- 1 kg chicken cloves natural
- 1 tin can tomato paste 70 g
- 2 pots Dutch brown beans (a 330 g), drained and rinsed
- Lt chicken bouillon from tablet

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and cover the oven dish with parchment paper.

Mix the ketchup marinade with the ketchup, the paprika powder, 1 teaspoon of Chinese 5 spices, 2 tablespoons of oil, half of the garlic and half of the onion.

Spoon the mixture with the chicken and put everything in the baking dish.

Put in the oven and let the chicken cooked in 1 hour.

Cover with aluminum foil if it gets too dark.

Heat the rest of the oil in a pan and fry the rest of the garlic and onion for 5 minutes.

Add the rest of the Chinese 5 spices and a lot of pepper.

Add the tomato paste and the beans and scoop everything.

Pour a little stock with the beans and simmer for 45 minutes on low heat so that the flavors are good.

Add bouillon if it gets too dry.

Serve the bean mixture with the chicken.
