Chicken sandwich with paprika and hummus
Multigrain ball with chicken breast, tomatoes, butter lettuce, olive oil, hummus and grilled peppers
Heat a frying pan for 2 minutes without oil or butter.
Unfold the spiced baking papers (papyrus) from the package. Divide the chicken fillets over the paper and fold them close.
Bake for about 12 minutes. Turn halfway.
Meanwhile cut the tomatoes into slices. Mix half of the tomatoes with the lettuce and olive oil. Season with pepper and salt.
Meanwhile, cut open the buns and spread each roll with 2 tbsp hummus, the grilled peppers and the rest of the tomato.
Divide the chicken fillets over the sandwiches. Serve with the salad.
