Lamb sausages with raw salad
A nice Turkish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, couscous (pack 500 g), tutti frutti ((a 500 g), in pieces), dried mint, lamb sausages, cucumber (in slices), radish (sliced), Dutch raw vegetables (300 g) and salad dressing yoghurt (bottle 450 ml).

Put the couscous with the frutti and fresh mint in a large bowl and pour over 500 ml of boiling water. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Heat the grill pan and grill the sausages without butter or oil in 8 min. Brown and cooked. Mix the cucumber with the radish, raw vegetables, salad dressing and salt and pepper.

Stir in the couscous with a fork and spread over 4 plates. Put the sausages there. Serve with the raw salad.
