Chicken schnitzels with italian vegetable dish
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, potatoes (pommes culinary (bag 1 1/2 kg), halved), carrots (cleaned and cut to pieces), chicken (schnitzels cooked (a 2 pieces, 205 g)), olive oil, chestnut mushrooms ((250 g), halved), garlic (chopped) and rosemary (coarsely broken (15 g jar)).

Boil the potatoes in 18 minutes, add the roots after 10 minutes.

Heat the chicken chops according to the instructions on the package.

Drain the potatoes and carrots.

Heat the oil in a wok and fry the potatoes, carrots and mushrooms for 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and rosemary for the last minute.

Serve the chicken schnitzels with the potato-root mixture..
