Ingredients
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 winter carrot deleted, coarsely grated
- 2 leeks in narrow rings
- 2 sticking potato peeled, coarsely grated
- 400 gram frozen fish fillet thawed
- 400 gram frozen cod fillet thawed
- 25 gram butter
- 25 gram margarine
- Lemon scrubbed, squeezed, peeled grated
- Lemon in parts, cleaned up
- 2 tablespoon parsley minced meat
- 2 teaspoon dried parsley

Directions

Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil and stir-fry the medium carrot, the leeks and the potato with salt and pepper for 10-12 minutes.

Dab the fish dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the rest of the oil and fry the fish 3 minutes per side.

Remove the fish from the pan and keep warm.

Add the butter to the oil. Add the lemon juice and the lemon zest with the parsley.

Serve the fish with the lemon jus at the rösti and add the lemon slices.
