Fried tilapia with creamy mashed potatoes
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fresh celery (a 40 g), garlic, green beans (broken (500 g)), broad beans (extra fine (frozen, bag a 1 kg)), olive oil, tilapia fillets (frozen, bag a 750 g), lemon pepper, mashed potatoes à la minute (extra firm (124 g)) and crème fraîche (125 ml).

Cut celery.

Slice garlic and cut into thin slices.

Boil green beans over boiling water with salt for 4 minutes.

Add garden peas and boil for another 2 minutes.

Remove cooking water.

Meanwhile, heat oil in frying pan and fry garlic in approx.

2 min.

Golden and crunchy.

Remove garlic from pan and create vegetables.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

In the meantime, fill tilapia fillets in the remaining oil for about 5 minutes.

Halfway through.

Season to taste with lemon pepper and salt.

In the meantime prepare contents of package (= 2 sachets) of mashed potatoes with 400 ml of boiling water according to directions on the packaging.

Crème fraîche and celery by stirring puree.

Spread Tilapia, puree and vegetables over 4 plates..
