Sweet potato burger with fresh yoghurt sauce

Grate the sweet potatoes coarsely.

Mix with the eggs, flour, shallot, half of the fresh mint and cumin, curry and coriander powder.

Season with salt and pepper.

Form 4 burgers with moist hands and put them in the freezer for about 15 minutes.

Heat the oil and fry the burgers in medium height in about 15 minutes until golden brown.

In the meantime, mix the yogurt with the garlic, olive oil and other fresh mint and season with a pinch of salt.

Serve the burgers on a sandwich with the lettuce, cucumber and yogurt sauce.
