Lamb's lettuce with spring vegetables
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: snow peas, green asparagus tips (100 g), minima (125 g), olive oil, spring onions (in rings), cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, coarsely ground black pepper, lamb's lettuce (75 g) and spicy cheese (piece) .

Cleaning snow peas, halving large specimens in length.

Cut slice of bottom of asparagus tips.

Minimize in half the length of the maize.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan.
