Lasagna with zucchini and fish
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cover the bottom of a baking dish with a layer of tomato sauce and spread a layer of lasagne sheets over it.
Cover with a layer of zucchini slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle a few tablespoons of grated cheese over it. Cover again with a few lasagne sheets and divide a part of the tomato sauce.
Cut the fish into cubes and divide half of them over the tomato sauce. Repeat the previous steps and finish with zucchini slices and grated cheese.
Sprinkle with the oregano and fry the lasagne in about 30 minutes until tender and brown.
