Stuffed peppers with raisin rice
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: red peppers (green, yellow), tofu stir-fried mince (lightly seasoned (a 180 g)), leeks (in narrow rings), cinnamon (jar 35 g), onions (chopped), olive oil, white rice (bag 1 kg) and raisins (bag 500 g).
